    Every mandate Mondlicht accepts is taken exclusively on behalf of the principal — the business owner, the family office, the investor. We do not represent lending institutions. We do not hold dual mandates. We do not accept fees from banks or intermediaries. Our advice is clean because our interests are aligned with yours, and only yours.

  • Senior-Delivered. Every Time.

    Mondlicht accepts a limited number of concurrent mandates. The reason is simple: the senior involvement this firm promises on every mandate is only possible if the number of active mandates is controlled. If we are already at capacity when you approach us, we will tell you directly and, where we can, refer you to someone appropriate. We do not take mandates we cannot serve properly.

  • Selective by Design.

    Mondlicht accepts a limited number of concurrent mandates. This is not a constraint, it is a commitment. The only way to guarantee senior involvement on every mandate is to limit how many run simultaneously. If we cannot serve you properly, we will tell you honestly rather than take your mandate and dilute our attention.

  • Confidentiality as Standard.

    Every mandate is conducted under an institutional confidentiality standard. We do not reference client relationships, not for marketing, not for business development, not in passing. The details of your situation, your strategy, and your outcome remain entirely private. That is not a policy. It is how we operate.
