Manager, Strategic Marketing & BrandingNancy leads Mondlicht's strategic marketing and branding advisory practice, working alongside the firm's capital structure and debt advisory teams to address brand equity and financial structure as related questions of enterprise value.
She is a graduate of the University of Leeds (Leeds University Business School), where she earned a BSc in Business Management and Marketing with Honours, and Imperial College London (Imperial College Business School), where she completed an MSc in Strategic Marketing with Honours and Dean's List recognition. Both degrees were completed on campus in the United Kingdom.
Nancy’s professional practice in branding in one of Egypt top tier consulting firms she advised portfolio of high-profile corporate clients across FMCG, real estate, financial services, healthcare, and hospitality on corporate identity, brand architecture, market positioning, and enterprise transformation. Her engagements typically run at the founder, board, and executive committee level.
At Mondlicht, her remit covers positioning, identity development, and go-to-market strategy for advisory clients, with a particular focus on firms navigating capital events, restructurings, or major transitions where the brand and the balance sheet need to move in step.

Maya leads Mondlicht's creative direction and brand communications practice, shaping how clients tell their story and present themselves to the markets, counterparties, and stakeholders that matter most to their commercial outcomes.
She is a graduate of IED Barcelona (Istituto Europeo di Design), where she completed her undergraduate studies in Fashion Marketing and Design, and IE Business School, Madrid, where she earned a Master in Creative Direction, Content and Branding. Both qualifications were completed on campus, reflecting an international academic formation across two of Europe's leading institutions for design, branding, and creative management.
Her professional work sits at the intersection of design and commercial communication, combining a creative director's eye for visual identity and narrative with the discipline required to shape how complex businesses are understood by sophisticated audiences. She advises Mondlicht clients on brand expression, content strategy, and corporate communications.
